Guest Bookings Open 1st April 2011

The 2011 season daily rate per adult guest is:

	Midweek Sun - Thur night	Weekend Fri - Sat night
HIGH SEASON: [15 Jul - 27 Aug]	$60	$85	[From the back of the lodge]
MID SEASON: [3 Jul - 16 Jul]	$55	$67	[From the back of the lodge]
LOW SEASON: [All other times]	$45	$55	Bembooka honours the No Snow Guarantee

NOTES:

1. Credit Card Facilities are available
2. Booking for large groups by negotiation with Booking Officer
3. Children under 16 are charged at half the adult rate when in family groups

Payment terms:

Pre 7th June - 10% deposit within 14 days of confirmation, balance by 10 June
Post 7th June - Payment in full within 14 days of confirmation.
Bookings will lapse if payment is not received within the prescribed time.

Cancellations:

Full refund less a 10% booking fee if cancelled at least 1 month prior to start of booking.
No refund for cancellations within 1 month of start unless we are able to rebook the beds, in which case 90% is refunded.

No Snow:

We honour the mountain NO SNOW guarantee:

"If there are fewer than 5 lifts at Mount Hotham operational due to lack of snow, three days prior to the commencement of your ski holiday - full refund less the 10% booking fee."

Check in/Check out information:

Lodge Check-IN** time is 4.00pm

Lodge Check-OUT** time is 1.30pm

**Check-in / Check-out times apply only to bedrooms
Guests are very welcome to use the other lodge facilities while they are on the mountain
Luggage can be stored in the transit lounge outside the bedroom occupancy times
